The iOS platform contains a feature called Offload Unused Apps, which is designed to automatically remove apps that have not been used in some time, in order to conserve space on your device. If this feature is enabled, it will allow you to make room on your device if you are short on space, but unfortunately, it may also prevent you from getting notifications, calls, and messages in a timely manner.
In order to ensure timely delivery of your notifications, calls, and messages, you can prevent iOS from automatically offloading Glacier apps by doing the following:
- Go to your phone's Settings > iTunes & App Store
- Scroll down until you see "Offload Unused Apps"
- Make sure that the toggle switch is set to Off (left side of slider).
- Now your applications will not be offloaded without your prior knowledge.
